Prepare Information for General Return:
- Take photos or shoot a short video to report an issue.
- Prepare your order number and email or phone number information.
- Describe in details the issue you have with.
- Make sure item(s) in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Send the information listed above to service@oroyalcars.com
- After your request is approved, you can starts return process.
- Return to the assigned return address.
Disclaimer: All returned items must be in their original packaging with all original tags and product manuals, undamaged and unused.

- Custom-make-on-demond products like tailered size or look.
- Gift cards and clearance items.
- Buyer refuse to provide details.
- Return without seller's approval or giving return notification.
- Return to a wrong address that is not assigned by seller.
Refund Process, Time and Speed
- Warehouse confirms that item(s) is eligible for restocking.
- Refund would be issued in 1-3 business days.
- Amount takes 3-14 days before showing upon your credit card
- Refund to the very original payment method only.
- Arrival time depends on your card-issuer bank.
How Does Our Exchange Work:
If we send you damaged products, wrong color, wrong size, etc..
- Contact us immediately with photos, video or details.
- Give us further instruction after inspection is completed.
If we do not send anything wrong or damaged,
- Make sure that you decide to exchange.
- Original item(s) in intact and complete condition.
- Tell our staff which item(s) you exchange for.
- Handle the return yourself and send us tracking info.
- Exchange will begin after warehouse inspection is completed.
